London Address Service

This service is preferred by clients who simply want their post forwarded to them instead of using our scanning service. It applies only to official mail such as letters from HMRC, Companies House and other Government and judicial sources.

This service is an upgrade to the Registered Office Service and is only available to users of our Registered office Service. Business post is the term we use for all mail that is not from a government source such as HMRC or Companies House. Typically, business post includes letters from banks, suppliers and customers. As with official post, your business mail will be scanned and uploaded to our secure Smart Docustore system. You will be notified that you have post by email. Our secure Smart Docustore system provides a convenient way to store your documents. It also saves you having to search countless emails to find a document. Should you wish, you could also email us any other documents you would like stored on our secure Smart Docustore system, and we will upload them free of charge.

This upgrade service is an alternative upgrade available to our registered office subscribers. All your post will simply be forwarded to you. You will be charged a 20p handling fee for each item of post together with the Royal mail charge. The service applies to both business post such as letters from banks, suppliers and customers and the mail that is covered by the basic registered office service, i.e. from HMRC, Companies House and other government and judicial sources.

Please Note: we will not handle large parcels, I.e. those that weigh more than 10 kilos or exceed46cm x 33 cm x 27 cm. & this service is only available for delivery to UK destinations.
